Terms & Conditions
Air Serbia offers passengers the opportunity to use dedicated Business Class check-in counters at selected airports. You will find the conditions of Priority Check-In service here.
Any customer purchasing Priority Check-In service is considered to have read, understood and accepted the Conditions highlighted below.
Air Serbia would be able to offer Priority Check-In service to all Air Serbia passengers (passengers flying on any Air Serbia operated flights and holding tickets issued on JU ticket stock (tickets beginning with 115)), as long as passengers's itinerary starts with a flight operated by Air Serbia.
Air Serbia would not be able to offer the service to passengers flying on Air Serbia operated flights, but holding tickets issued on other airlines' ticket stocks (tickets starting with any number other than 115) and to passengers flying on Air Serbia flights operated by other airlines and holding tickets issued on JU ticket stock (tickets beginning with 115).
Priority Check-In is not available at all stations Air Serbia flies to. Air Serbia reserves the right to control where and at what stations the service might be sold at and change the list any time
Air Serbia does not control at what stations the service might be delivered at, as this is controlled by each airport Air Serbia flies to individually. As a general rule, Air Serbia does not offer the service when its flight is operated by an ATR aircraft.
Air Serbia does not allow service reservation. Service is to be booked and paid at the moment of making the reservation for it, otherwise Air Serbia would not be able to guarantee service fulfilment.
Priority Check-In could be purchased through Contact Center, any of Air Serbia offices, through designated travel agents, as well as at the check-in counters and service desks outstation wide (where applicable). It can be purchased up to 60min prior to departure the latest (only at the airport desk check-in counter).
Priority Check-In is purchased per passenger.
In the event of a family or group travel, companion travelers do not get the services free of charge if one of the passengers on the reservation purchased the service (every passenger would have to pay for it separately).
Priority Check-In fee applies equally to adults and children (age 2 to 12). Infants without a seat (babies of up to 2 years of age) are exempted from the fee as long as all accompanying passengers on the same reservation paid priority check-in fee.
Priority Check-In is free of charge for Air Serbia passengers flying business as well as for all Etihad Guest Silver, Gold, Platinum or Exclusive members and for their Milemiglia tier equivalents (specifically - Alitalia Ulisse, Alitalia Freccia Alata, Alitalia Freccia Alata Plus, Alitalia Freccia Alata Plus Per Sempre card holders).
Some passenger types would be exempted from Priority Desk Check-In fee regardless of the fare purchased. Those are so called Special Categories of Passengers (abbreviated SCPS). Specifically, WCHR, WCHS, WCHC, BLND, DEAF, STCR, LEGL, LEGR, LEGB, AOXY, MEDA, UMNR, INF, INAD, DEPA and DEPU passengers.
Passengers do not earn additional Etihad Guest points by purchasing and/or using the service.
All passengers who purchased the service are advised to bring along the proof of purchase (in any form – electronic or paper) when travelling. In the event of a system error and/or shutdown, Air Serbia would request its passengers to show a valid proof of purchase otherwise the service would not be delivered. Valid proof of purchase is an EMD. Payment slip transaction is not a valid proof of purchase.
Passengers who have purchased Priority Check-In are not restricted from using Air Serbia Web Check-In service. In such cases, they are purchasing the right to drop off their baggage at the priority check-in desk.
Priority Check-In desks are not dedicated drop off counters for passengers who checked in via Web Check-In. Only passengers who paid priority check-in can use it for such purposes. Same rule applies to all stations regardless if Air Serbia has a dedicated drop off counter or not.
Priority Check-In refund terms & conditions are independent from ticket refund conditions.
Once purchased, the service is non-refundable (even In the event of a voluntary air ticket cancellation).
In the event of Air Serbia rebooking you to a flight not operated by Air Serbia, previously paid Priority Check-In fee would be refunded.
In the event of a ticket upgrade to higher class of travel, Priority Check-In fee could be used to pay for the upgrade (applies to any kind of ticket upgrade) or it could be refunded (for any type of ticket upgrade except involuntary upgrade).
In the event of a ticket exchange (for reason such as upsell or voluntary travel date change), Priority Check-In gets transferred to the new flight (if available). The passengers could decide to cancel the service at that time and use it to pay for the ticket reissue.
Priority Check-In service is non-transferable.
Any complaints and/or compensation requests driven from using Priority Check-In service cannot be processed at the airport or onboard our flight. You would need to contact Air Serbia passengers response representatives. Please keep the original EMD as a valid proof of purchase to be able to refer to in such cases.
Any requests for compensations would be rejected by Air Serbia if submitted later than one month after the date of the flight.
Air Serbia expressly reserves the right in its absolute discretion to discontinue the service at any time or to refuse to sell it to any specific customer and, if sold, to cancel and not deliver the service. Air Serbia will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by a purchaser resulting from such refusal, cancellation, or denial.
Air Serbia reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions of Priority Check-In at any time without giving any prior notice and/ or assigning any reason. The passengers that at the time of the amendment already have bought the service, will be subjected to the Terms & Conditions they accepted when buying the service initially, unless they were informed and accepted amendments to Terms & Conditions.
