Enjoy your sport activities on holidays.
In accordance with its weight and length, sports equipment may be classified as small, medium and large. A special price list applies to the pole for pole vaulting.
If the length of your sports equipment belongs to one category and its weight belongs to another, the applicable category shall include the one with higher value.
Before the trip you need to properly pack your sports equipment to protect it against damage.
Transport requirements
Small and medium sports equipment are allowed for transport on our flights.
Large sports equipment transport requires prior approval, so make sure you inform us that you intend to bring your sports equipment, its type, weight and size before you book your flight.
Please let us know if you travel with sports guns or a bike, because their transport also needs prior approval.
Pricelist
Small sports equipment (length up to 140 cm and weight up to 15 kg) can be transported free of charge if the sum of its dimensions per piece does not exceed 203 cm and provided that it does not exceed the prescribed free checked baggage allowance together with the checked baggage.
In case your small sports equipment exceeds the prescribed free checked baggage allowance, no standard excess baggage charge is applied, but special sports equipment transport charge.
The sports equipment transport is charged for both outbound and return flights.

Bicycle
If you are transporting bicycle on our flight, you need to:
- Remove the wheels and attach them to the middle part of the bicycle
- Remove the pedals and other protruding parts
- Depressurise the tyres
- Pack the bicycle with protective foil
Motorcycles, electrical bicycles and mopeds cannot be checked in as checked baggage. Maximum 3 bicycles can be accepted per aircraft on Air Serbia flights.
Golf equipment
Golf equipment consists of:
- 1 × golf bag
- 1 × set of golf balls
- 1 × set of golf clubs
- 1 × pair of golf shoes
Ski equipment for snow/water
Ski equipment for snow includes:
- 1 × pair of skis
- 1 × pair of ski poles
- 1 × pair of ski boots
Ski equipment for water includes:
- 1 × pair of water skis
Surfing equipment
Surfing equipment includes:
- 1 × surfboard
Windsurfing equipment
Windsurfing equipment consists of:
- 1 × board
- 1 × wooden boom
- 1 × mast
- 1 × sail
Bowling equipment
Bowling equipment consists of:
- 1 × bowling bag
- 1 × bowling ball
- 1 × pair of bowling shoes
Fishing equipment
Fishing equipment consists of:
- 1 × fishing tackle box
- 1 × landing net
- 1 × reel
- 1 × pair of fishing boots
- 2 × fishing rods
Diving Equipment
A set of diving equipment consists:
- 1 × empty scuba tank
- 1 × scuba regulator
- 1 × tank harness
- 1 × tank pressure gauge
- 1 × diving suit
- 1 × mask
- 2 × fines
- 1 × snorkel
- 1 × knife
- 1 × spear gun
- 1 × safety vest
At the check-in of equipment, it will be verified whether the scuba tank is emptied.
Travelling with partner airlines
If your travel includes combined transport on Air Serbia flights and flights of one or more other airlines or you are travelling on Air Serbia codeshare flight operated by another company, it is possible that the regulations of the other airline will apply.
