New Air Serbia retail shop at Galerija shopping centre

The new, state-of-the-art Air Serbia retail shop opened today on the second floor of the Galerija Belgrade shopping centre. The working hours of the new retail shop are from 10 am to 10 pm, seven days a week. In this modern, futuristically designed and bright space, passengers can purchase Air Serbia tickets or get information about everything related to the national airline’s flights to more than 80 destinations across Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America. Additionally, a wide range of branded products are available in the new retail shop, including popular Air Serbia aircraft models.

"As we approach the tenth anniversary of Air Serbia's operations, we have devised a series of activities that we believe will be interesting and useful to our passengers. October is our birthday month, and we kicked it off with the grand opening of the new retail shop at the Galerija Shopping Centre. The entire interior is designed to give you the feeling of being on an aircraft. We have integrated well-known Air Serbia symbols into a modern, aerodynamically shaped space. At the entrance, just like on a plane, passengers are greeted by a flight attendant, except in the retail shop, she is a hologram. We believe that visitors will enjoy the pleasant atmosphere, first in the retail shop, and then on our company’s flight of their choice," said Boško Rupić, General Manager Commercial and Strategy at Air Serbia.

All visitors who come to the new Air Serbia retail shop on the second floor of the Galerija Shopping Centre on Sunday, 1 October 2023, have the opportunity to participate in a giveaway where the luckiest among them will win valuable prizes. If they provide correct answers to five questions posed by Air Serbia in a special box, they can win two tickets to a destination of their choice, Mihajlo Pupin's autobiography, or Airbus A330-200 aircraft models. Everyone who buys an airline ticket at the Air Serbia retail shop in the Galerija Shopping Centre on Sunday, 1 October, will receive a 30% discount on the base fare.

The Air Serbia retail shop in the Galerija Shopping Centre is easily accessible on foot and directly via elevator from the parking garage, making it accessible to everyone.

The latest Air Serbia retail shop is the fourth in Belgrade, in addition to those located at 17 Bulevar kralja Aleksandra, 12 Jurija Gagarina, and at the Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport.
