Air Serbia celebrates International Women's Day

Air Serbia is commemorating this year's International Women's Day by celebrating the increasingly important role women are playing in the airline's growth, and confirming its focus on the empowerment and professional development of women.

Since its foundation in October 2013, Air Serbia has strived to reflect this commitment, starting within its own ranks, by creating an environment of equal employment opportunity, where women proudly and effectively took on a wide range of roles and responsibilities. From the welcoming smiles and dedication to hospitality of female members of Air Serbia's cabin crew, the first and often most important contact of the airline with its guests, to top-management positions, where women are front and centre across all areas of the company.

Indeed, at Air Serbia, women have been able to enter the core of the airline, a realm still widely regarded as exclusively reserved for men - the cockpit. Last year, for the first time in its long history, three women joined Air Serbia's team of pilots and, after going through a comprehensive training program, are now flying the skies of Europe, the Middle-East and the Mediterranean.

To make this year's International Women's Day extra special, Air Serbia is offering attractive fares from Belgrade to as many as thirty-six destinations on its European and Middle Eastern network.

Special promotional fares are available for return flights in Economy class between Belgrade and the following attractive destinations:

*Fares are inclusive of all taxes except ticketing service charges. Travel on weekends is subject to a surcharge of 10 EUR per direction. Children and infants' discount will not apply.

These promotional fares are available for purchase from 6 to 9 March, 2015, and are valid for travel dates from 7 March until 10 December, 2015 (excluding travel between April 5 - April 8, April 11 - April 13 and July 24 - September 6, 2015 from Belgrade and March 27 - March 30, April 2 - April 6 and June 26 - August 7 for travel to Belgrade).
