Air Serbia increases number of flights to Paris, Oslo and Larnaca
Air Serbia, the national airline of the Republic of Serbia, will increase the number of flights to Paris, Oslo and Larnaca in June. Air Serbia will be operating as many as 11 flights a week to Paris, nearly bringing the flight frequency back to the levels before the coronavirus pandemic. The Serbian national airline will remain the only airline which connects Serbia and the broader region to France and vice-versa in the coming period as well. Tickets for new flights are already available.
"Having in mind that the peak of the season is close, and that with it, the demand for flights is growing, we have decided to introduce additional flight to Paris and enable even better connections to our passengers. France represents a strategically important market for us, with strong economic and business ties and a large diaspora from Serbia and other countries of the region. We are glad that we managed to quickly restore traffic between Serbia and France, and we are proud that we have for a long time stood out as the only airline on this route," stated Jiri Marek, General Manager, Commercial and Strategy, Air Serbia.
With the introduction of one additional flight to Paris, the Serbian national airline will increase the number of flights on this route to 11 a week. Flights to the French capital will be operated every day, and on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays, passengers will have access to two daily flights. In this manner, Air Serbia will provide the best connection between Paris and the entire region. The flights to Paris have been recommenced in June 2020, after a temporary suspension due to the coronavirus pandemic. A direct flight on this route lasts two hours and 40 minutes on average.
By adding another flight to Oslo, starting from 20 June, Air Serbia will be operating flights to the main Gardermoen Airport, which is located only 49 kilometres from the Norwegian capital, three times a week. The national airline established the flights to Oslo, which quickly became one of the most popular ones, in July 2020. A direct flight on this route lasts two hours and 50 minutes on average.
Starting from 7 June, Air Serbia will be increasing the number of flights to Larnaca from four to five a week, by adding a new flight on Mondays. Thanks to a very convenient schedule, passengers will have access to good connections with numerous cities in Air Serbia’s network, such as - Amsterdam, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Geneva, Ljubljana, Milan, Moscow, New York, Krasnodar, Paris, Prague, Podgorica, Rostov-on-Don, Rome, Saint Petersburg, Stockholm, Tivat, Vienna, Zurich, Zagreb and many others.
