Air Serbia to upgrade check-in and sales systems on 22 April
Air Serbia, the national airline of the Republic of Serbia, is making its guest experience even better by upgrading its systems for passenger sales and check-in this coming weekend.
To enable these improvements to happen, there will be some planned interruptions to the normal services provided by Air Serbia as the airline performs this upgrade.
The new system will improve Air Serbia’s service capability in a number of areas, including its website, bookings process, and check-in procedures.
All flights and airport check-in counters will operate as normal and the system upgrade will in no way impact the safe running of flight operations.
On Saturday 22 April, you will not be able to make a booking or purchase tickets (online, through the call centre or travel agents), use online check-in, or change or cancel a booking. These services will resume on Saturday evening, 22 April.
To ensure a smooth check-in experience during the upgrade period, Air Serbia would like to remind all guests travelling between 22 and 24 April to note the following:
• Please arrive at the airport two hours before the scheduled time of departure.
• Bring a print-out of your electronic ticket receipt or travel itinerary.
Air Serbia apologises to travellers for any inconvenience this may cause. To minimize the impact on guests, Air Serbia will deploy extra staff at its call centre and the airport.
