Air Serbia ‘Elevate Play’ app continues to grow in popularity with travellers
Air Serbia’s free inflight entertainment app, Elevate Play, has attracted strong interest and great reviews from air travellers.
Since being launched in June, the innovative service has received an aggregate review score of 4.6 out of 5 stars on the Google Play store, with thousands of downloads in that time.
Elevate Play allows travellers to enjoy hundreds of hours of films, TV shows and music over a free wireless network on flights operated by the A319 and A320 aircraft. It is available for Android and Apple devices as well as laptops.
Dane Kondić, Chief Executive Officer of Air Serbia, said: “We’re delighted by the excellent feedback we have received for our Elevate Play service, which provides guests with a long-haul entertainment offering on short-haul flights.
“Air Serbia is part of a small group of pioneering airlines who offer free wireless entertainment and this shows the importance we place on innovation.”
From 1 December, guests can watch Hollywood blockbusters including “Hail, Caesar!” and Big Hero 6, as well as Serbian cult classics such as “Mrtav ‘ladan” and “Kad porastem biću kengur.” In addition, the programme offers the latest episodes of the American sitcom Broad City and “Moj rođak sa sela”. There are dozens of music albums available, too, from the latest chart toppers by Justin Bieber to hits by YU Grupa.
