Air Serbia appoints general sales agent for China

Air Serbia, the national airline of the Republic of Serbia, has appointed CITS (Beijing) Air Service Company Limited as the General Sales and Service Agent (GSA) for China, effective immediately.

The GSA, with offices in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, can quote, book and issue tickets in RMB for group and FIT travel on Air Serbia. The GSA uses Air Serbia’s reservation system which give them access to fares on both Air Serbia’s own operated flights, and flights of other airlines with who Air Serbia code shares.

Air Serbia currently code shares with Air China on Air China’s flight to Vienna. Air Serbia also has special pro rate agreements (SPA) for all of Etihad Airway’s flights out of China and additionally has SPA’s with China Southern, Xiamen Airlines, and Hainan Airlines.
