Air Serbia introduces new flight schedule on Tel Aviv route

Air Serbia has announced a number changes to the airline's summer flight schedule between its Belgrade hub and Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv, which will start on April 16, 2015.

The new schedule will see an increase in frequency between Belgrade and Tel Aviv from four to five flights per week and introduce new departure and arrival times.

The increase in frequency will provide more convenient schedule options for passengers to and from Tel Aviv, enhance overall connectivity to Air Serbia's network to Western/Northern Europe and the Balkan region via Belgrade, and establish new two way connections between Tel Aviv and key European destinations, including Frankfurt, Stockholm, London and Podgorica.

Dane Kondić, Air Serbia's Chief Executive Officer, said: "Demand for travel between key markets in the Middle East and Europe continues to grow and we are increasing frequency and optimising our flight schedule between Belgrade and Tel Aviv in order to support these requirements and to increase the travel options for our guests. The new schedule will create a more even balance of flights to and from Tel Aviv, via Belgrade, to key destinations in Europe, and establish two way connectivity with a number of key cities within Air Serbia's network".

Flight JU810 will depart from Belgrade at  9.00am and JU811 will return from Tel Aviv at 01.30pm on Wednesdays and Fridays, while new flight codes will be introduced for the three remaining weekly flights: JU816, departing from Belgrade at 12.05am on Thursdays and Sundays and at 12.20am on Mondays, and return flight JU817, departing Tel Aviv at 9.10am on Thursdays and Sundays and at 7.50am on Mondays.
