Air Serbia Ground Services receives Quality Oscar Award

Air Serbia Ground Services (ASGS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Air Serbia, the national airline of the Republic of Serbia, has received the renowned Quality Oscar ("Oskar kvaliteta") Award in the Category for private sector and services, based on the criteria of processes, products and services. The Award was announced at the ceremony held at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, on the occasion of the World Quality Day.
With the new beginning of the national airline, ASGS achieved all the prerequisites for the service of the utmost quality delivered to guests at the Belgrade international airport Nikola Tesla. Air Serbia Ground Services has delivered dramatic improvements in all aspects of guest services, having recruited a large number of new employees, introduced new passenger service systems and heightened focus on the guest experience.
Dane Kondić, Chief Executive Officer Air Serbia, said: "Over five hundred new employees working hand in hand with our experienced team served record numbers of guests while maintaining the highest levels of service delivery during one of the most challenging summer seasons ever. I congratulate the ASGS team on this significant award and wish them continued success in the future. Quality Oscar 2014, award for business excellence has been delivered for 20 years, for the outstanding results achieved in the field of improvement and development of quality and business excellence in Serbia and the region. This award is delivered by the Foundation for the Culture of Quality and Excellence, in cooperation with Serbian Chamber of Commerce and with the support of the Ministry of Economy.
