Cad Security Directive about flights to Russia
By a security directive issued by the Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia, passengers and crew on all flights traveling from airports in the Republic of Serbia to airports in the Russian Federation are temporarily prohibited from carrying liquids, aerosols, and gels in their carry-on luggage.
This restriction does not pertain to liquids, aerosols, and gels used during flight for medicinal or special dietary purposes, including baby food, and to duty free items bought in the security controlled zone in compliance with the Guidelines on etailed measures for the implementation of common standards on aviation security.
Carriers operating services from the Republic of Serbia to the Russian Federation are required to issue clear instructions about these restrictions to passengers, crew, and ground handling service providers.
Ground handling service providers and authorized security check staff are required to comply with these restrictions during passenger check-in and during the passenger, crew, and baggage security check.
This directive becomes effective on 14 April 2014.
