Air Serbia introduces new check-in and boarding guidelines

In order to ensure that our guests arrive at their destinations on time, Air Serbia is introducing new check-in and boarding guidelines starting 14 July 2014.

Check-in will close 45 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure time, while the boarding gate will close 20 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure time.

Dane Kondić, CEO of Air Serbia stated: "As Air Serbia assumes its position as the leading airline in the region, ensuring that our guests arrive at their destinations on time remains our priority. We are certain that these new guidelines will further improve the departure and arrival punctuality of our flights, which is what our guests expect from us."

From 14 July 2014, Air Serbia invites all its guests to arrive early enough to the airport in order to be able to complete check-in on time. Check-in starts at least two hours before departure time, however:

• Check – in will now close 45 minutes prior to flight departure
• The Boarding gate will close 20 minutes prior to flight departure
