Paid summer internship at Air Serbia

Air Serbia launched a paid summer internship programme for fourth-year students, master's students, and those who graduated in the past six months. During the two-month internship, selected students from the fields of transport, mechanical engineering, economics, law, organisational sciences, security, and other related schools will have the opportunity to perfect the knowledge gained during their studies and to acquire new skills necessary for the profession from experts employed in the national airline. Candidates interested in a paid summer internship at Air Serbia can apply on the company's website until 4 June 2024. The programme starts on 1 July and ends on 30 August 2024.

“In the Republic of Serbia, there is a significant number of higher education institutions that educate profiles needed in the aviation industry. To show final-year students the everyday work at Air Serbia before the formal completion of their studies, we have decided to launch a paid internship program. In this way, they have the opportunity to work in the national airline company during the two summer months and improve their professional competencies, for which they will also be paid. The motto of our summer internship is 'work and earn', so we invite students to familiarise themselves with the internship conditions and apply today. We promise them two dynamic months during which they will get better acquainted with the world of aviation, gain important experiences, and create unforgettable memories,” said Milica Netković, GM People and Performance Air Serbia.

Participants in Air Serbia's paid summer internship program, symbolically named “Take off”, will be able to enhance their knowledge and skills during July and August in various organisational units of the Serbian national airline company. These include Flight Operations, Flight Operations Training, Ground Handling, Engineering, Safety and Compliance, Aviation Security, Commercial and Strategy, Legal Affairs, Finance, Human Resources, Relations with Government Bodies and Organisations, and others.
