Yugoslav Soko 522 acting as USAF plane in the movie "Kellys Heroes". The Soko 522 was a two-seater, Yugoslavian military training and light attack aircraft produced in the 1950's by SOKO, in the former Yugoslavia. It gained some fame for it wide role in many war movies filmed in Yugoslavia during the 1960's and 1970's. Because of its resemblance to the Fw 190, it was used to simulate German aircraft. Some of its prominent movie roles were in Battle of Neretva which was the Yugoslav candidate for an Oscar, and Kelly's Heroes starring Clint Eastwood.
